The complete set of equipment for fixed hydrogenation station provides a multi-modular hydrogenation solution, equipped with skid-mounted gas unloading, pressurization, storage and rapid hydrogenation and cooling modules. The whole station is equipped with a safety control system, which can realize hydrogenation, cooling, metering, safety control, remote intelligent diagnosis, real-time monitoring of key equipment, big data analysis, cloud computing and other system functions.

The container-type pressurized hydrogenation device, which integrates the functions of hydrogenation, cooling, metering, safety control and other systems to provide a quick and efficient solution for the integrated whole-station hydrogenation system, will complete the manufacturing, integration, detection, testing and other processes of the equipment in the manufacturing plant.
For site construction, it is only necessary to simply connect the container-type system module with the external hydrogen storage bottle group (energy concentrator) and the low-temperature cooling system to realize rapid and efficient continuous hydrogenation. The hydrogenation speed of each vehicle can not exceed 5min.
