As the storage container of vehicle-mounted liquid hydrogen fuel, liquid hydrogen bottle has the highest hydrogen storage density (≥ 10% wt). The double-layer jacket structure is adopted. The inner liner and outer shell are made of austenitic stainless steel. The specially made multi-layer thermal insulation structure adopts laser welding technology, combined with the ultra-high vacuum conditions in the jacket, to ensure the thermal insulation performance in the liquid hydrogen temperature range of - 253 ℃. The shell and support system shall be designed to withstand the high strength impact load of heavy truck under severe driving conditions.
