AUTOMATIC WELDING LINE FOR NICKEL NET
Bright’s Automatic Welding Line for Nickel Net is designed for high-precision, high-efficiency automated welding of electrolyzer nickel mesh components. The line integrates automatic loading/unloading, precision welding, and digital management, and is equipped with 6-axis robots, automatic solder joint inspection, and an MES system. It is compatible with φ1300-2500mm nickel nets and supports AGV/manual loading/unloading. With a production efficiency of 40-250 pcs/day, the line features automatic model switching and digital twin capabilities, enabling full-process intelligent operation and significantly improving welding consistency and product reliability.
