Function and characteristics of production line
1. The polar frame processing production line adopts high-speed automatic loading and unloading of trusses, and the repeated positioning accuracy of trusses is ±0.05mm;
2. The truss manipulator can automatically adjust the jaw size by docking with MES system and sending the incoming polar frame size (or material coding information), which can realize the clamping and processing of polar frames compatible with various models;
3. For polar frame processing, each polar frame is equipped with a two-dimensional code, and the production process parameters can be uploaded to the system to save for later data traceability;
4. The polar frame materials are transported by AGV, and each tray is equipped with an RFID data card to record the process data;
5. The automatic operation of the production line realizes the automatic supply of materials and automatic grabbing of products. The equipment automatically identifies the quality of processing and confirms whether it is qualified. The automatic blanking is divided into two outlets, OK blanking and NG blanking, realizing the fully automatic process of unmanned production.
