The Blue Film Flipping Machine is an industry-first equipment independently developed by our company. It fully automates the flipping and transfer of chips from old blue film to new blue film. The overall process and multiple steps have been granted several invention patents.
The equipment integrates core technologies including blue film supply, anti-stick peeling during lamination, precision solvent application control, debonding and adhesion activation. The scraper is wear-resistant, non-stick, and will not damage the carrier board. The system supports standalone or in-line production, offering stable and high-efficiency operation.
