FULLY AUTOMATIC DOMAIN CONTROL ASSEMBLY AND TESTING LINE BODY
This line is a fully automatic intelligent assembly and testing production line for automotive body zone control modules (domain controllers). It covers two core sections: PCBA assembly & coating, and housing assembly & testing.
The line integrates 20+ processes including automatic PCBA loading, automatic programming, pin insertion, conformal coating, pin coating inspection, housing & PCBA assembly, barcode labeling, screw fastening, busbar inspection and assembly, functional testing, fuse and nut assembly, multi-label attachment, and final programming and configuration testing. The line supports mainstream domain controller products such as right zone (R2/R2-PRO) and rear zone (B2), enabling fully automatic integrated production from PCBA to finished control box.

The second part covers (shell assembly testing section): shell&PCBA assembly, barcode labeling, shell screw locking, copper bar inspection assembly, functional testing, fuse and nut assembly, tear resistant labels, EU labels, dust-proof cotton attachment, and finished product program configuration testing.
