CELL THICKNESS MEASURING MACHINE

Bright’s cell thickness gauge is designed for cell thickness inspection in the front-end process of lithium battery manufacturing. The machine uses grippers for automatic cell loading. After the module moves to the measuring position, an electric cylinder applies a preset torque to press the cell for precise thickness measurement. NG data is automatically recorded, while good cells are automatically unloaded. With stable operation and accurate detection, the equipment provides reliable cell thickness quality control for lithium battery production.

BATTERY CELL ADHESIVE MACHINE

Bright’s cell taping machine is designed for double-sided tape application on lithium battery cells, heatsinks, and end plates. The operator loads double-sided tape magazines into the turntable feeding area. The machine mechanically positions the product and automatically applies the tape, including automatic liner removal on both the first and second sides. After taping, an automatic inspection verifies application quality. With stable operation and a high degree of automation, the equipment provides reliable and efficient taping for lithium battery manufacturing processes.

CELL STACKER/MODULE LOADING EQUIPMENT

Bright’s cell stacker and module loading equipment uses a 6-axis robot to pick cells from the cell film applicator and a rotating stacking platform for automatic cell stacking. Each module consists of 10 cells. After completing 10 stacking cycles, the platform rotates, and the 6-axis robot transfers the cell module to the banding fixture on the conveyor line. With stable operation and precise positioning, the equipment provides an efficient and reliable automated stacking solution for lithium battery module assembly.

CROSS LINE POLARITY DETECTION&POLE GUIDE ADDRESS

Bright’s cross-line polarity detection and terminal addressing equipment is designed for battery module production lines. The system uses dual CCD (or single CCD) to capture terminal images for addressing while simultaneously detecting cell polarity arrangement. All position data is uploaded in real-time to the downstream laser welding machine for precise terminal positioning. Compatible with 100Ah/150Ah/280Ah/314Ah cells and 1S8 to 1S13 modules, achieving ≥10PPM efficiency to ensure welding accuracy and production rhythm.

CROSS LINE LASER WELDING MACHINE

Bright’s cross-line laser welding machine is specifically designed for welding integrated busbar plates on lithium battery modules. After manual module placement, the machine automatically performs laser welding. The system includes 1 galvanometer, 1 6KW laser, 2 distance sensors, 2 copper nozzles, 2 extraction ducts, 1 chiller, and 1 dust collector, ensuring welding precision and stability while effectively controlling fume emissions. It delivers efficient and reliable welding for integrated plates in lithium battery module production lines.
