  • CELL STACKER/MODULE LOADING EQUIPMENT
    Bright’s cell stacker and module loading equipment uses a 6-axis robot to pick cells from the cell film applicator and a rotating stacking platform for automatic cell stacking. Each module consists of 10 cells. After completing 10 stacking cycles, the platform rotates, and the 6-axis robot transfers the cell module to the banding fixture on the conveyor line. With stable operation and precise positioning, the equipment provides an efficient and reliable automated stacking solution for lithium battery module assembly.

    Bright’s cross-line laser welding machine is specifically designed for welding integrated busbar plates on lithium battery modules. After manual module placement, the machine automatically performs laser welding. The system includes 1 galvanometer, 1 6KW laser, 2 distance sensors, 2 copper nozzles, 2 extraction ducts, 1 chiller, and 1 dust collector, ensuring welding precision and stability while effectively controlling fume emissions.
